In the 70's, Eduardo Habaue and brothers started a restaurant venture with "Parrilladas Canada" which promised to be one of Peru's most widely known tastes of steaks. With years of continued success, Eduardo opened 4 other restaurants, "Parrilladas Taurus", "Parrilladas 4 Aces", "Parrilladas Denver", and "Parrilladas Safari Chicken". The chain of restaurants became well-known for their taste and quality of food.

The exquisite flavor of their meats and rotisserie chicken is based on their "secret family recipe", resulting in a mix of various ingredients and condiments. This perfect balance of ingredients and garnishes has led to today's new Taurus Steakhouse located in the heart of Broward County.

Counting on more than 35 years of experience offering traditional Peruvian steaks, the Habaue Imano brothers took the same venture Eduardo (father) did back in the 70's, but this time in the United States, believing to be the best taste of steaks in the restaurant industry.

They extend their welcome and are delighted to please the palates of thousands of residents, tourists and locals in the South Florida area.

The key difference to their competitors is how their specialties are prepared ? such as the Lomo Fino (Filet Mignon), Baby Beef (Rib-Eye), Entrana (Skirt Steak), Picanha (Beef Round Top), Parrillada Taurus, and the succulent Rotisserie Chicken.
